Happy patients, happy staff with Logic Business Cloud

One of Perth’s busiest specialist medical centres, regularly treating over 100 patients per day, per Doctor needed to act fast on a server replacement! Their on premise server solution was not behaving.

Clients and staff were not happy at the lengthy delays in handling minor tasks such as booking appointments or settling accounts.

The problem

Our client had been running their practice management software (which handled bookings, patient notes and billings) on a server that was tired at had reached its end of life. This environment was simply not able to cope with the requirements of the business.

This was putting a large amount of pressure on administration staff as they were not able to keep up with the volume of patients.

The solution

Logic migrated our client to the Logic Business Cloud. They have seen an immediate improvement in the speed their applications are running at and they no longer need to hold patients waiting in the surgery to achieve basic business tasks.
